How do I appoint you to act as my advisors?

One of my clients has recently fitted new uPVC double glazed windows in their buy-to-let property and want to know whether they can offset the cost of these new windows against the tax they need to pay on their rental income. The previous, wood frames, windows had rotted and were starting to fall away from the property. What is the tax position ?

My letting business is thriving and I need to purchase a "run around" motor for my employees to use when they are taking on new properties and showing prospective tenants around. Is it better to buy the car inside or outside the business from a tax and business accounting perspective. The specification of car would be something like a Ford Ka 1.3 petrol hatchback.

When do I need to register for VAT as a new business?

Do I have to submit my Tax Return by 30 September as the Revenue suggest?
