Managing your business in the current economic environment is becoming increasingly important. Not only do you, as the business owner, need to know what is happening and where your cash flow is originating from, but so do your stakeholders. Your customers, suppliers and Bank manager will all be taking a far keener interest in your business.

We have recently introduced a new software solution to assist in the day to day running of the smaller businesses. Kashflow is a hosted software package accessed via a direct link on our website. The software allows you to manage your business more efficiently and as a hosted solution it can be accessed anywhere you can obtain a broadband connection. This software is ideal for businesses with a turnover between £30,000 and £250,000.
The software features easy steps designed for those with minimal accounting experience or knowledge. It incorporates full sales and purchase ledgers allowing for invoices to be generated automatically and emailed straight to the person you have been dealing with. It also incorporates three pre-written reminder letters and statements to allow easy and efficient chasing of outstanding invoices.
The functionality of the programme means that you are able to tailor the look of your invoices, presenting a professional image to the outside world. This is enhanced by always being in a position to review the data at anytime and answer questions as they arise.
In addition, the software allows us to become far more proactive in the advice we are able to offer. For example, if your records are maintained in a cashbook or on spreadsheets we have to undertake a significant amount of work to get to a position of knowing how well or otherwise you are doing. Using Kashflow means we are able to review the data, prepare reports and offer advice in a timely and constructive manner.
The licence is charged at a cost £10 plus VAT per month without any minimum contract so that if it is not for you, simply move your record keeping to another format.
